Akbar Hameed Khan brings over 28 years of distinguished experience across Pakistan’s financial and construction sectors. With 25 years at the State Bank of Pakistan, he played a pivotal role across diverse departments including financial management, corporate affairs, and business operations. His contributions were instrumental in driving regulatory improvements, fostering institutional efficiency, and supporting corporate engagement and development.

For the past decade, he has led Roheela Brothers (Pvt) Ltd., transforming it into a trusted name in financial management and construction. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its presence in Pakistan, focusing on quality and client satisfaction.

Mr. Khan’s strategic insight and financial expertise have driven high-impact initiatives, positioning Roheela Brothers for continued growth and excellence.

Company Goals

To provide financial services to the Clients of banks, financial institutions (Fis) and development financial institutions (DFls) within the prescribed laws, rules and regulations.

To assist the banks, Fis and DFls by carrying out any job or consultancy service assigned by them to the company.
To provide professional consultancy for the FIs in preparing feasibilities, completing project documents and guiding their Clients in legally correct way of dealing with the FIs.
To provide all kinds of services between different FIs regarding preparation, communication and transferring of essential documents/instruments and to assist in establishment and maintenance of any institution, association or fund for the benefit and use of employees of different organizations.

Organizational Structure

Roheela Brothers has the requisite trained and efficient team of professionals to promptly handle all the company-services.

The following organs of the Company are briefly explained below.

Research Division. To identify new areas of investment, make feasibility reports, study projects, evolve plans & schemes and conduct briefing workshops/seminars.
Marketing Division. To market the products & services of banks, FIs & DFls via all possible means, brief the clients accordingly and assist in finalizing their mutual transactions.
Engineering and Survey Division. Survey and evaluation of properties and handle engineering aspects of all physical projects.
Legal Division. To analyse and give legal opinion on all transactions, documents, projects and agreements, etc.
Risk Management Division. To identify risks in all types of finance and projects and propose counter measures for covering such risks.
Credit Bureau. To create a data-base of all major businessmen, individual proprietors, partnerships and private and public limited companies so as to be able to provide credit rating and related facilities to banks, Fis & DFls.

BSc. Electric Engineering

Mr. Muhammad Wahaj Khan is a qualified electrical engineer with a BSc. in Electrical Engineering. He has specialized expertise in power distribution systems and has attended various industry training programs, seminars, and certifications to enhance his technical knowledge of modern electrical engineering practices.

With a strong foundation in electrical system design and project estimation, he has worked on numerous industrial and commercial projects, ensuring efficient and reliable power solutions. His expertise also includes technical consulting and proposal development, helping clients achieve cost-effective and optimized energy solutions.

As Director, he is committed to driving innovation, efficiency, and excellence in electrical engineering, contributing to the advancement of power distribution systems and sustainable energy solutions.

Usaman Khan, Director

M.E. Geotechnical Engineering

Usama Khan is a qualified geotechnical engineer with an ME. in Civil Engineering.

He has the qualified title of Professional Engineer from the Pakistan Engineering Council.

He has 10 years of professional experience in the field of geotechnical engineering and has excellent command of foundation design for residential and commercial buildings, wind turbine foundations, dams, Roads and highways, piles, earth retaining structures, and soil improvement.

He executes many projects with national and international clients and manages all types of surveys like flood assessment analysis, topographic Surveys, and ERS surveys for groundwater studies.
